Homeowners who reach out to Applethread Floor Coating deserve fair treatment. If something goes wrong, we want to know. This page shows how to share a concern and what to expect afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us

You can contact us about:

• How a call or message with Applethread Floor Coating went
• How your personal data was used or protected
• Anything on the site that looks wrong or confusing
• The conduct of a provider we referred you to

If a Provider Let You Down

Providers in our network are independent companies. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If you are unhappy with a floor coating job, start by telling the provider in writing. Keep copies of what you send.

Please let us know too. Your feedback helps us keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Still, Applethread Floor Coating cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's charges or speak for a provider.

What to Include

Email contact@applethread.property and, if you can, add:

• Your name and contact details
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's company name, if you know it
• A short summary of what happened and what outcome you want

What Happens Next

We will confirm by email that we got your message, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it. That may include talking with the provider. After that, we will tell you what we found and what we plan to do.

Still Not Satisfied?

If our answer does not settle the matter, reply and ask for a second review. You may also contact your state attorney general, your state consumer protection office, or your local Better Business Bureau. If the provider is a licensed contractor, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
