Terms of Use for This Site

Last updated: October 2026

These terms cover how you use applethread.property and the referral service Applethread Floor Coating offers through it. By browsing the site, calling its number or sending a form, you agree to them. This is a general template, not legal advice.

What We Offer

Applethread Floor Coating is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent epoxy, polyaspartic and concrete floor coating providers. We do not sell coatings, prepare or coat floors, or repair concrete. We are also not a party to any agreement you make with a provider.

Providers Are Independent

The providers you meet through us are separate companies. Each one is solely responsible for its own quotes, prices, scheduling, products, workmanship, warranties, licenses, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or control providers. We make no promise about when they are available, how fast they work, or what results you will get.

Before you hire anyone, we suggest checking credentials, asking for proof of insurance and getting a written estimate.

Information Only

What you read here is general information. It is not professional, legal, financial or engineering advice. Any costs we mention are typical U.S. ranges that change from job to job, and none is a quote. Please confirm details with a qualified provider.

Using the Site Fairly

Give accurate details when you contact us. Use the site lawfully. Do not disrupt it, and do not try to enter areas you are not allowed to access.

Calls and Follow-Up

When you call or send a form, you agree that we, and the provider we refer you to, may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be logged or recorded for quality and billing. If you want the contact to stop, email contact@applethread.property.

Who Owns the Content

The site's content and design belong to Applethread Floor Coating or to those who license them to us. You need our permission to copy or reuse them for business purposes.

Limits on Liability

To the extent the law allows, Applethread Floor Coating is not responsible for loss or harm tied to your use of the site, to a provider's products or services, or to any agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is," without warranties.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new version.
